Third and the last city that we visited in Brasil was São Luís, the capital city of the Brazilian state Maranhão. It is known as the ‘Island of Love’ due by many poets and writers. Here you can find lively reggae scene and colorful Bumba Meu Boi festivals. We organised workshops in São Luís in dance school NAI – Núcleo de Artes da Ilha. Week of intense classes, community spirit, creativity and great love, made our experience in SLZ unforgettable.
